a. Non-Refundable Services
- All digital content, including but not limited to news articles, reports, newsletters, and premium media, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Fees for featured posts, sponsored content, and custom promotional services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
b. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Circumstances)
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent access to paid content or features, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate payments due to a technical glitch or billing error.
- Unauthorized transactions proven to be caused without the account holder’s consent.

4. Cancellation of Advertisements or Promotions

- Cancellations made within the allowable window may be eligible for a partial refund, minus processing and administrative charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the publishing has started or within 5 days of the scheduled publishing date.
5. Event Participation (If Applicable)
For any paid webinars, conferences, or events hosted by AVK News Services:
- Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
